The Rose Railway Academy is the knowledge and training arm of Rose Infrastructure LLC, created to develop the next generation of Saudi railway professionals and ensure sustainable national expertise in the transport and logistics sector.

Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s Saudization strategy, the Academy bridges international best practice with local capacity building - ensuring that the future of Saudi rail is led by Saudi talent trained to global standards.

In partnership with Saudi universities, colleges, and vocational institutions, Rose Infrastructure will co-develop accredited courses, apprenticeships, and certification programs — creating a seamless talent pipeline from classroom to construction site.

We are actively seeking collaboration with institutions such as King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Prince Sultan University, and Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC) to integrate railway studies within national academic frameworks.

We believe that true transformation goes beyond infrastructure — it’s about people.
